For over 19 years Malcolm has been helping businesses to grow.  He specialises in developing business alignment, where all directors, managers and colleagues understand the business direction and their part in the business growth and success.

With a masters degree in strategy, Malcolm is an IOD (Institute of Directors) qualified director and has been studying advanced Transactional Analysis (TA) for 7 years.

When he’s not working Malcolm enjoys spending time with his family and the great outdoors either sailing or walking his dogs.
