Richard has 15 years’ experience in senior operational roles in industry and 4 years’ as a performance coach.
An accredited coach with over 4 years’ of advanced training in Transactional Analysis (TA), Richard is also qualified in psychometric profiling.
When he’s not working Richard likes spending time with his family and dog, having fun on the beach flying kites. He is also an avid writer and is currently writing a sit com.
